I am still making progress which is great! I have lost another 3.5 inches since last week and have so much more energy. We have had some great training sessions already this week. You know you had a great session when your abdominal muscles are sore for two days post workout.
We have decided to change up the nutritional plan I’ll still be consuming the same number of meals, but we needed to change up the calorie intake. I am a lot more active now than when I first started. My body needs more fuel to be able to function.
I am enjoying my new supplements from Met-Rx as well as Xbox Kinect time with my kiddos. =)
