First Post: Learning My way around Tumblr and Blogging

I am finally on the Gold’s Gym blog site!

This has been a struggle,  probably more than the workouts -  getting onto this site -probably due to my ignorance of social media (and I work for a technology firm, go figure). 

I have had 3 workouts  with my trainer AJ so far - really good,  definitely confusing my muscles -  yoga pushups, body rows,  1 legged squats (which you might be interested to know, I have an imbalance between my left knee- which was reconstructed and my right - which is intact - so my left leg is stronger).  Alternating upper and lower body exercises with those mentioned above and Military presses - - gets the blood flowing in different directions.  Last week I was out of the country,  but was able to communicate w/ AJ, shared w/ him what exercise equipment was available at our hotel,  and based upon this,  he provided a work out routine to keep things moving forward.   I tried to enact portion control when eating, and limit my alcohol intake,  however being on vacation with other families,  it wasn’t easy.    But back into the routine now and excited to continue my journey.    I am going to be meeting w/ AJ later today (Tuesday) -  and it will be interesting to see what he has in store for me!
